DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY BIOCHEMISTRY

The Department imparts teaching and conducts research in comparative basic biochemistry (biochemical basis of the functions of cells, organs and tissues) and clinical  biochemistry (application of biochemistry in clinical disease diagnosis) of animals and birds and offers 10 Credit Hour Courses spread in two academic years (3 Semesters) to the B.V.Sc. & A.H. students during the first and fourth year of the degree programmes and offering supporting courses to postgraduate (M.V.Sc.) students.
